I strongly advise against using PMI San Tan, especially their agent Eric. We began our lease under a different company and were abruptly switched to PMI San Tan. Eric was almost impossible to reach by phone and took days to respond via email. Because of his slow communication, we lost out on our next rental despite being reliable tenants. When we moved out, PMI San Tan withheld most of our security deposit for charges that seemed unjustified. Eric never saw the property upon our arrival yet imposed hundreds of dollars in arbitrary charges. If you value fair treatment and timely responses, look elsewhere.
