QUEEN CREEK, AZ – For Our Town – Queen Creek in partnership with the Town of Queen Creek and Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce is hosting the 2nd annual Reconnect Queen Creek to encourage residents to enjoy a phone-free day to connect with family, friends, neighbors, and community.

Join the community on Tuesday, September 30th in Reconnect Queen Creek, put down your phones, and spend time with family, friends, neighbors, and community. Residents are encouraged to pledge to spend the day without their phone and find an activity to do with one another. Those that pledge by Saturday, September 20th will be entered to win a prize! “One of the pressing issues that was identified by the For Our Town Queen Creek meetings was mental health. Last year, the organization created a phone-free day to reconnect with family, friends and neighbors,” said Chris Clark, President and CEO of the Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce, “because a connected community is a resilient one. When people know and care for their neighbors, they are more likely to come together in times of need, creating a supportive and cohesive community.”
