QUEEN CREEK, AZ – The Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that the upcoming Network QC Luncheon on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 11:30am at the Queen Creek Library will feature a focused, interactive presentation by Ali Parnian titled “Stop Doing More. Fix the One Thing That’s Holding Your Business Back.”

This February’s luncheon will focus on how today’s business environment—marked by tighter labor markets, higher expectations for speed and responsiveness, and widening technology-driven gaps—requires business owners to work smarter, not simply harder.

During the session, attendees will be introduced to a simple model for identifying constraints within their business and complete a guided worksheet to pinpoint their top constraint. The interactive format includes working sessions to clarify next steps, assign ownership, and establish timelines, with opportunities for attendees to share insights and learn from one another.
