QUEEN CREEK, AZ – Queen Creek Health Center and Queen Creek Wellness and Aesthetics Center celebrated the grand opening of their office in Queen Creek on Thursday, February 6th. In attendance included the Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce, local business owners, staff, and clinic owner Kevin and Nicole Read, who is an advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. They are located at 20713 E Ocotillo Rd, Suite #100.

Queen Creek Health Center is a family-owned primary care practice that opened in July 2024. “We’re originally from Hawaii but fell in love with the area as our daughter participates in rodeos, and this is the perfect area for that. We love the community, and everyone is very friendly! It makes us feel welcomed and at home!” said Nicole Read

Queen Creek Health Center offers primary care, sports and mission physicals, wellness exams, chronic disease management, preventative care, and sick visits. “We combine the wellness component with primary care. We focus on a lot of preventative maintenance and really trying to balance hormones to help offset things such as depression, hypertension, cholesterol, and other chronic care management.” said Nicole Read

Queen Creek Wellness and Aesthetics offers face and body contouring, skin rejuvenation, dermal injectable, laser treatments, and infrared light therapy. “We welcome all patients and ages; we’re looking to help everyone that is in need and can find a place for everyone here. Our goal is to provide a one-stop for all things health for our patients and community.” said Nicole Read
