About Care is a 501c3 nonprofit serving homebound seniors and persons with disabilities in the communities of Chandler, Gilbert, San Tan Valley and Queen Creek. All our services are offered at no charge to our neighbors.
Our Mission:
Delivering caring, compassionate support services using trained volunteers with special concern for homebound seniors and persons with disabilities in the East Valley.
Our Goal:
We empower East Valley home bound seniors and persons with disabilities to remain living with respect and dignity in their homes by meeting basic needs, reducing isolation, and encouraging independence.
