The Central Arizona College Small Business Development Center Launches ‘The Entrepreneur Experience’ to Help Entrepreneurs Start Right and Succeed

By Kevin M. Connors, Central Arizona College Small Business Development Center Director

Pinal County, Az. – The CAC Small Business Development Center (CAC SBDC) has launched a groundbreaking new program, “The Entrepreneur Experience” (TEE), designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs start their businesses right and greatly improve their chances of success.

Course 1, “From Ideation to Execution” is a self-paced 8-module course blending 7 original podcasts created by the SBDC, and includes summary and deep learning readings, step-by-step Business Blueprints, assessments, and curated resources. This initial course represents over 275 hours of development.

A key innovation is Module 8’s “Business Blueprint Bot,” an AI-powered tool that enables entrepreneurs to instantly generate personalized business planning documents — including an Elevator Pitch, Feasibility Study, Revenue Model, Comprehensive Business Plan, Brand Guide, Social Media Campaign, SWOT Analysis, Marketing and Sales Plans, and more. From these documents, the Business Blueprint Bot creates a powerful 90 Day Action Plan that bridges planning and execution.

“This is about giving local entrepreneurs the best possible start,” said Kevin M. Connors, CAC SBDC director. “They leave the course with all the planning documents they need to start their business successfully, including a 90-day step-by-step action plan, and their own trained AI assistant to support their ongoing business success.”

The full course is currently available to CAC SBDC clients only. The 7 podcast episodes are free and available to the public here: https://www.youtube.com/@CentralAZSBDC.

The CAC SBDC is currently seeking sponsorships to expand this innovative program and its impact. Please contact Kevin M. Connors (kevin.connors@centralaz.edu or 520-494-6450) for a demonstration if you’re interested in being a part of this truly one-of-a-kind program for those starting businesses in Pinal County and beyond.
