Local eatery Old Ellsworth Brewing Company will host a visit from America’s Best Restaurants (ABR), a national media and marketing company, for an on-site visit as part of the ABR Roadshow.
America’s Best Restaurants travels the country spotlighting independent, locally owned restaurants that make a positive impact on their communities. During the visit, the ABR Roadshow team will highlight Old Ellsworth Brewing Company on-camera, featuring an extensive interview with owner Christine McKean about the restaurant’s special place in the community.
Old Ellsworth Brewing Company began with a shared interest in craft beer among its founders, Brian, Christine, and Ryan, who started home brewing after their time in Alaska. What began as curiosity evolved over ten years into a serious discussion about opening a brewery. In 2016, a local ad prompted them to seize the opportunity to build something distinctly local, and they opened their doors in 2017. Nearly a decade later, they remain owner-operated, focused on brewing beer in-house and fostering community ties. “We are honored to appear and be featured on America’s Best Restaurants! We are excited to bring this exposure to the Queen Creek community!” Christine shared.
Old Ellsworth strikes a unique balance between a brewery and a neighborhood restaurant. Their menu features a scratch kitchen that goes beyond typical bar food, with an array of innovative dishes and a commitment to quality ingredients. Menu highlights include their signature nachos, the Down South dish, and the Uber Burger, where every element is crafted from scratch. The community-oriented establishment not only supports local schools through fundraisers but also collaborates with local breweries and sources ingredients regionally to enhance their offerings.
America’s Best Restaurants will be on-site at Old Ellsworth Brewing Company on October 07, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Mountain Time. The public and press are welcome to attend.
