The Town of Queen Creek Water Division continually provides safe and reliable high-quality drinking water. The water meets or exceeds all standards for water quality monitoring requirements set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and State of Arizona drinking water health standards. The water quality is ensured through a series of chemical and bacteriological tests performed throughout the year. Of the regulated substances tested, all were within allowable levels and no health-based violations were reported.
Federal law requires tap water suppliers to provide an annual report on water quality once a year.
The Town of Queen Creek’s 2025 Annual Water Quality Report (PDF) is now available in English and Spanish on the Town’s Water Quality webpage. The report contains important information about the source and quality of Queen Creek’s drinking water. To speak with a member of the Utilities Department about the Annual Water Quality Report or request a paper copy of the report, email waterquality@queencreekaz.gov or call 480-358-3459.
The Town has been working proactively to diversify its water supply to reduce reliance on groundwater and remains committed to ensuring a safe, reliable supply of water today and into the future. All current Town of Queen Creek residential water customers have a certificate of 100-year assured water supply.
